If his Bronx rally is any measure, then NO, only 20 blacks showed up and almost zero for his black church rally in Milwaukee. Plus, Biden has over 300 famous influencers who have only just begun to voice their opinions. All the trump influencers have been doing it all along, but take the top 250 music and movie stars and have them all telling their followers to vote Biden and that will make a difference. Hello Taylor swift especially.
PLus, Biden must perform well in the debates. All he has to do is appear competent, cognitive, effective and energetic and he wins. And no, he is not on drugs, but Trump likely will be.
