Some have government issued land titles in the areas that NEMA considers wetlands? I wont be surprised to hear that some even have government approved construction plans for homes that have now been demolished. I side with the evictees!

This was long overdue. I grew up growing yams and sugarcane in Nabulagala Swamp. Today. it's completely built up with nowhere flood waters to go. We are seated on an environment time bomb as a country. It's sad the generations to come will inherit our curses of land misuse.
