If you look at what's taking placing around the world, the development of relations between Russia, Iran, China, North Korea and maybe a few others. Could Congress declare war if it believes America has a national interest? I believe Congress could, I believe Congress could declare war at anytime. Not too if it's for any reason? But anyway at least in the House those are supposed to the people's elected Representatives. Is the war powers resolution unconstitutional? You know not too sure I've been on the fence about it. Because what about mini military conflicts? Is Congress going to declare war for that or could they authorize the executive branch to use the country's war powers? Interesting topic because the war powers resolution probably has gone too far if you look back in hindsight. Just my opinion. For example could America go fight a war with these people out there if the President was authorized to make war and invade, and would I personally agree with it? I probably would not personally agree with it and maybe a lot of other Americans feel the same. But man it's just that you're going to have to drag me kind of feeling and I'll support it for as long as I have to, but it's more about politics right? But war is something that's in your guts. They say your gut is your second brain. It's like you just f*king know in your guts it's time to fight a war. Okay that's probably a little bit more out of desperation. If Congress were to declare war because of what's happening around the world you're probably going to be dragging some guys. You look at Russia it's like that for them right now they're dragging some guys.
