S300, S400, and radars, all taken out by Ukraine. So what does russia do now? Probably nothing. Same thing south of Kherson. At least I guesstimate replacement costs: One of those big tanks has a capacity of 100,000 cubic meters (600some barrels). At $350/m3, each tank comes to $35,000,000. That much oil at today's spot price for Urals Crude is another $43,608 if the tank was full; and Russia certainly seems to be producing to inventory these days.
Of course, the real value that matters is the value of the Ukrainian assets protected. We could guess a value for an apartment building (about $20 million for new construction of an average box of bedrooms), but what value could anyone assign to the life of a child?

The big problem for Russians is that they will have shortages of or run out of the specialist chemicals necessary to produce foam to fight Oil storage, refineries and aviation fires….. they would have to built additional capacity over their pre 2022 facilities to meet the accelerating demand..
