He’s stripped out everything that could fall within the scope of a president’s official acts. The President is the supreme head of state. By definition, he can impose or remove immunity from any person in America. Therefore, what is stopping Biden from removing any and immunity from Trump under executive order which even the Supreme Court cannot challenge because under their ruling, the president has immunity from official acts. He can even throw Trump in jail without any judicial review. This would be a great farewell gift that Biden could give America.
