If Jack Smith had undeniable proof of Trump's guilt, the Supreme Court would not have allowed the can to be kicked down the road as it did. Conjecture is not proof, pure and simple. There are far too many people setting guilt on false statements made by political adversaries and other political hacks. A story is not real just because you want it to be real.

When Donald Trump is once again prosecuted and someone then claims or speaks of a Witch Hunt, as if he is the great innocent, it is as if he is trying to revive the medieval conditions in which such claims were applicable. However, he is actually the one trying to bring back these medieval circumstances himself. If there ever was a witch who deserved to be prosecuted, it would be him. And they are still being too cautious because he should have been prosecuted to the fullest extent, up to 100%. Prosecuted, convicted, and sentenced to serve his sentence in prison for at least 9 years and up to a maximum of 55 years. It would be even more satisfying if he were completely financially stripped and left on the streets with not a penny to his name, no possessions, and only a meager allowance just enough to sustain his basic necessities. The money allocated for the secret service should not be wasted on individuals like him – simply place him in a small attic room.

Even if Donald Trump were to receive 100% of all votes from eligible voters and his opponent only 0%, he would still ultimately be considered the big loser. It would be immoral to hand over the keys to the White House to someone like Adolf Hitler, who is trying to gain access to the presidency through various illegal means, thinking that everyone will fall for it. Furthermore, it is unrealistic to achieve 100% of all votes, as there will always be people who will not vote for him. Even if he were to receive all the votes, this does not necessarily mean that he is the right person to lead the country and that his policies are the best for all Americans. The truth will always come to light, and the true nature of a person will eventually be revealed. It is important to continue to believe in principles of justice, honesty, and morality, even in the most challenging times. Therefore, we can say that in such an extreme scenario, where all votes go to one person, the real winner is still the one who fights for truth, justice, and the well-being of all people.

Why is trump the only defendant using remarks against the judicial systems is unjust, weaponized, and politicized by the Biden administration. He committed criminal acts and is delaying the start of trials against him. Most defendants who are innocent would like trials to be speedy so they can produce hard evidence that refutes the charges. Why is that. Take the Fifth, issue a self pardon, dodge the truth. Arrest him for Arlington and posting the videos of the Arlington Section 60 on line two days later as a campaign post. How do you justify this versus zero tolerance. Such a bully and an overbearing bore who has no honor for Vets. Fortunate Son, calling Vets “suckers and losers. Shameful. And, most recently now he accuses the families of accountability for Arlington

@sylvesterhelsinki6191 Says:
Whether Donald Trump wins or loses the elections, and regardless of whether his opponent wins or loses, ultimately it boils down to the fact that Donald Trump, with a win of 52% or a loss of 48%, will have lost the elections under all circumstances. This means that his opponent, whether they win with 52% or lose with 48%, will always be the winner. This is all due to the simple fact that Donald Trump is not a legitimate candidate for the elections, plain and simple.
@sylvesterhelsinki6191 Says:
In the scenario where Donald Trump wins the elections with 52% against his opponent's 48%, even in that case, he can never be considered the winner, not necessarily due to a lack of votes, but rather because he is an illegal candidate for the elections, which makes him ineligible for office.
@sylvesterhelsinki6191 Says:
If Donald Trump is not sent to prison where he rightfully belongs and where he should serve his sentence, and if this is made impossible by a corrupt and rotten Supreme Court, then it is apparent that Donald Trump will have never officially won the election. The following four years between 2025 and 2029 will be years where Donald Trump can whistle for his presidency because he absolutely does not deserve it.
@sylvesterhelsinki6191 Says:
If Donald Trump unexpectedly wins the election by a narrow margin, it will be contested in the courts, and in the meantime, the current president will continue in office with his current Vice President. The current president may also reach out to the few remaining honest and upright individuals within the Republican party, such as Liz Cheney, to be part of his cabinet.
@sylvesterhelsinki6191 Says:
If Donald Trump unexpectedly wins the election, it is far from certain that he has genuinely won the election. A prolonged legal battle would likely ensue, lasting at least as long, if not longer, than the one Trump has already been facing after his failed coup attempt on January 6, 2021. This extended legal process, which unjustly takes too long, will be even more protracted this time and rightfully so, given the stakes involved.
@sylvesterhelsinki6191 Says:
If the new president is someone comparable to someone like Adolf Hitler and the current sitting president believes that this person poses a serious threat to democratic values and the rights of citizens, there are several steps the incumbent president can consider to prevent this dangerous individual from coming to power. This may involve trying to block the transfer of power through legal actions such as filing lawsuits over alleged election fraud or irregularities and insisting on independent investigations into possible foreign interference, abuse of power, or other illegal practices that led to the controversial president's election victory. It may also involve collaborating with like-minded political allies, government officials, and international partners to take actions to protect democracy and constitutional standards, appealing to the public and the media to raise awareness of the situation and highlight potential threats to democracy. However, it is crucial that all steps taken fall within the framework of the law and the constitutional provisions of the country to prevent the situation from escalating and further undermining democratic institutions.
@sylvesterhelsinki6191 Says:
Transforming a corrupt and rotten Supreme Court of the United States into a completely new version that is no longer corrupt and rotten usually requires significant reforms and measures. Here are some steps that may be necessary: 1. Appointing judges based on objective criteria and suitability, rather than political considerations. 2. Limiting the power and influence of political parties on the appointment and confirmation of judges. 3. Introducing term limits for judges to prevent them from staying in power too long and exerting inappropriate political influence. 4. Implementing a mechanism for independent oversight and accountability to ensure the integrity and impartiality of the Court. 5. Strengthening transparency and accountability within the Court so that any misconduct is quickly brought to light and addressed. Achieving these changes may require amendments to the constitution and broad political and societal support. It is a challenging process that requires courage, determination, and broad support to succeed.
@sylvesterhelsinki6191 Says:
The cause of a split society is precisely the fact that in America, you have the possibility to become president with just 50% of the votes. This is simply absurd. Since the president should not only represent that 50%, but the entire country, it should be made possible to obtain at least 60 to 66% of the votes. Perhaps looking at how this is done, for example, in France, could be beneficial.
@sylvesterhelsinki6191 Says:
There should be a law in the United States of America that it is not enough to become president with just 50% of the population behind you. It should require a much larger majority, for example, a two-thirds majority, which would be better for democracy, the country, and the rest of the world.
@sylvesterhelsinki6191 Says:
Individuals with a similar psychiatric background to Donald Trump, those who are sociopaths and the like, do not belong in politics, especially not at the highest levels of power.
@sylvesterhelsinki6191 Says:
If Donald Trump were to be put out on the street without his money, possessions, and secret service, he would sing a very different tune than what he is currently up to. Additionally, all the people who financially support him should be handled in the same way.
@sylvesterhelsinki6191 Says:
It is highly desirable that Trump is able to enjoy his freedom, but under certain conditions, there must be a definitive end to the injustice of him being protected by the secret service, as this protection enables him to carry out criminal activities under the guise of what he deems political behavior. However, his actions do not align with true politics. Calling him a politician is an inflation of the concepts of a politician and politics.
@sylvesterhelsinki6191 Says:
The best thing that could happen for democracy, both in America and elsewhere, is that Donald Trump has all his money and possessions confiscated, along with many of the people who supported him in his criminal schemes being treated equally. This way, they wouldn't have to go to prison and would be placed on equal footing with individuals who receive a small allowance when they have to flee from dangerous criminals in power in their own country, like Trump.
@sylvesterhelsinki6191 Says:
If Donald Trump were to spend 55 years in prison for high treason and survive, he would be 133 years old when he completes his sentence.
@sylvesterhelsinki6191 Says:
Donald Trump should be sent to prison for High Treason for the next 55 years.
@sylvesterhelsinki6191 Says:
Apparently, there is a shortage of upright judges in the United States of America, especially considering who has been seated and presiding in the Supreme Court. These wheels of justice turn so slowly that it poses a danger to the continued existence of democracy in the United States of America. Therefore, the current sitting president must come up with a solution so that what normally takes 100 years can now be accomplished in a single second.
@sylvesterhelsinki6191 Says:
If Donald Trump has the right to exist in his own universe that is entirely corrupt and rotten, then the current sitting president also has the right to create his own universe where that universe will be the opposite of the one in which Donald Trump lives. If, for example, this requires 8 trillion dollars, then so be it.
@sylvesterhelsinki6191 Says:
The current president could levy taxes on those favored by Donald Trump, who were granted a tax-free ride as long as Trump was in the White House. To counter this, the current president should take action by enforcing and reinstating rules that have been violated by the Supreme Court. This should be achieved by creating a sort of parallel universe where the integrity of the Supreme Court remains uncompromised.
@sylvesterhelsinki6191 Says:
If we think about it, what is happening now is that Donald Trump, with the help of the Supreme Court and the current president in the White House, is actively preparing for a coup in broad daylight. This has been going on for months, even years since the last attempt, and he is working towards it with the support of the sitting president who is letting it all happen. For instance, he could easily spend a whopping $8 trillion to stop it. This is a concerning situation we find ourselves in, as a former president is plotting a coup while the current president stands by passively. It is crucial that we remain vigilant and speak out against these harmful actions to protect and preserve democratic principles and rules.
@sylvesterhelsinki6191 Says:
Today, the world has heard that Trump could potentially face 55 years in prison. It should also be realized that not only does this hang over his head, but if he were to become President, he may not be allowed to enter any other country on the planet, with possibly just a few exceptions. Then you are talking about Evil Empires, as Reagan would say. And by electing Donald Trump as President, you transform the United States of America into an Evil Empire itself.
