This is funny, Russia is shipping allot of oil out. It is a small pain that Ukraine hits oil depots near the border but Russia has many more farther in so they are not without oil!

Technically by traditional rules of war. Letting Russia pass through Belarus to attack Ukraine puts Belarus at war with Ukraine already. It was not a situation like WW1/2 where Germans forced them selves through neutral countries. Belarus gave permission thus making them a co belligerent.
