Nobody else that is buried there was "used" in any way so as a combat vet myself i dont see a problem with the families wishes being honored. As far as im concerned the cemetary has NO RIGHT to try and deny the wishes of those families under the circumstances regardless of the rules they have in place. The wishes of the families should ALWAYS supercede a rule like that as long as the cemetary AS A WHOLE isnt being used to make the point.
