Second on our list in order of preference (our ASEAN or Asian siblings thru Austronesian ancestry) - Guam, Hawaii, JAPAN (ally), S.KOREA, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, SINGAPORE, Taiwan, & Hong Kong.
Third on our list in order is - USA (ally), Australia (ally), UK, Mexico (secret ally, don't tell anyone), Canada (remove the French attitude)😀, Israel, & India.
Fourth on our list - are all other countries in the world whom I have not listed and are neutral with us.
The least preferred of countries in order - China (CCP violating international & Phil law), Malaysia (defends China), Italy (dislikes Filipinos, but we love Prada handbags), Germany, France (but we love the Eiffel Tower & LV handbags).

My recommendation to China Coast Guard. Stop being so kind and gentle, by using only water cannon and blocking. I have watched videos after videos of allegations by Philippines. Most of the time, China is blocking, but Philippines is the one ramming into China. China should from now on, use all other enforcement protocols that all other coast guards around the world use. Water cannon and blocking are non-invasive and too gentle. Use real enforcement protocols the real cops/police use; I am not going to spell it out. China, Philippines, US, Argentina, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, and most other coast guards know what I mean by commonly used standard coast guard protocols.
