Period! Listen. 10 minutes he would have been at the game. You would have a lawyer if Mr. Hill hit your car while he was driving wreck less. That car could have been stolen, passengers endangered or car hijacked.
We know why he kept his window barely open, he did not have his seat belt on. He roll it up and put his seat belt on will talking on his phone. Part that you did not see on camera was Mr Hill giving the officer his license and seeing that he didn't have his seat belt attached. Officer came back and ask him to leave the window down. Officer safety is window down all hands on the steering wheel or hands are visual in the vehicle. Officers have seconds to decide if all is good or if is there is an issue. Period.
Three rules after a traffic stop. Listen. Keep hands on the wheel and last listen again when the officer is asking you to do something. If you want your phone filming stand it up on the dash pointing it at yourself. I rather see in court what you are saying because all police departments have cameras. Supervisor can look at all officer's camera action in minutes.

First, tints especially as dark as tyreeks car is “ILLEGAL” the officers must see inside the car to ensure safety!! Triple digit speeds is an arrest-able offense at officers discretion. Release the whole video that they asked repeatedly to put his window down. Not just once but repeatedly. He did not get out of the car he was making a phone call and didn’t listen. They told him he was speeding and didn’t have his seatbelt on when they walked up to the car.

I work with inner city highschool kids in oakland. If i can get those kids to cooperate without laying one hand on them then these cops can get by too. Sure it may take me 25 minutes when if i could grab them and force them it would be 5 seconds but it can be done. He was handcuffed and there were multiple officers there.
