Just remember that Russia waited to attack Ukraine until after the Olympics in China ended. The Russians waited at the Ukrainian border until they were given the "go ahead" to strike, AFTER the Olympics.

China of course will have their own peace plan which is related to their own business. It is what it is. Not that I'd immediately accept it, but it is the first few of a long series of negotiations, similar to a pawn shop.

Good on US representative to the UN to state the truth and justice about this so called "peace plan". Rewarding Putin with a piece of Ukraine is totally unacceptable and anyone with a functioning brain can see that logic itself. Zelenskyy has given China a chance to redeem themself for supporting Putin in this war and they just mock the UN charter as usual.
