In MIAMI, parking and streets flood ALL THE TIME. The sewers get full and the water has nowhere to go. The big water on BOTH sides is coming for those folks😢

This happened after a HAARP tornado &heavy rains leading to flooding of every creek & river around me in 2019. I knew people that had to be rescued out of an Assisted Living facility near me. (Built righton a "dry creek bed" that regularly overflows)

These are HUMAN BEINGS. Their wheelchairs and their old ages do not disqualify them. The facility is in a notoriously impoverished area just outside the Tampa city limits; and that's why no one was looking out for them. I'm glad that the first responders got to them in force, but better that these incidents are prevented in the first place: Hillsborough County MUST see to this area.
