When the DIs got in his face they couldn't break him and asked what was his major malfunction? How come he's not crying like a little bitch? He told them basically you sound like my dad. At that point they let him alone because they knew he could eat it. Both of my sons told me in letters they wrote that I placed in my memorial box where they will find when I drop dead, they told me if I had not been tough on them they would have quit.
If I had a dime for every time I heard sistahs say they wished that they had a man around to show their sons how to be a man, I could afford a new truck. A young sistah whose in the Air Force told me one day she's finding it hard to date young black guys because they are just as feminine as her. So she started dating white guys. Go figure. But generally people do think black men especially young black men are too sensitive.

Is there a specific policy VP Kamala Harris has proposed that says: "only black men can apply for 20K small business loan? Only black men can buy weed legally? Only black men can be given 25K down payment? Only black men can be given $6K in child credit? Only black men will have the taxes reduced? Only black men will see Medicare funding for prostate cancer? Only black men will use Medicare to negotiate drug prices? Only black men (or women) can go to an HBCUs?
All of those things help black men and black ppl, and some of them to a greater extent becuase they had been impacted the most. Something like racist housing policies to something as natural as cancer - solutions proposed to help fix or reduce the problem.
White ppl can get prostate cancer. White ppl can apply for those 20k PPP loans.
White ppl would love to negotiate prescription drug prices.
Talking to a black audience, she is sayin that these policies will help you too. If poverty is cut by half nationally, and Swahili Americans are twice as likely to be under the poverty line. What group u think cutting the national poverty rate helps the most? The ppl most affected by it.
This is what she is saying. Yes, u got the jobs, but your wages are still low. And there are ppl fighting to even make it to the middle class. So, investing in trade and community college helps with that. And when u have gotten into the middle class, u can get an affordable house with a 25k down payment. And if u do decide to have a family, your first child will be $6K deductible during their first year. So, all of that money u spent using a credit card can be given at the end of the year. Which can be used to save becuz you are already paying down those credit card debts, so the balance can be saved. Then if you wanna start a nightclub, a restaurant, or yoga shop, you can also get $20k loan that doesn't need repayment or at a ridiculously low interest rate, compared to a bank. That is capital. And if u wanna expand that business, u can get a business credit card, and get $50K in tax credit at year's end. So, u are not already in debt before u can even start doing something meaningful.
Her plans are one of the most in depth and address almost every aspect of every day American life. If she can get everything passed and paid for, that will help an entire generation.

I have seen a remarkable decline in prices across the board since she announced that, because corporations know they unfairly raised prices after Covid. Going after corporate landlords for excessively raising rent after Covid. Rent is already cheaper for places than I saw 6 months ago. Joe Biden went after them a few months ago. That’s in progress.
