The Point: Documentary on beauty of Xinjiang

????

When Xinjiang is in the news, most of the negative reports come from outside China. But to really understand this unique frontier region of China, we need authentic voices. Prof. Liu Xiangchen, an acclaimed video anthropologist and filmmaker, provides exactly such a voice and shines a light on the everyday life of Uygur families. What prompted him to focus on ethnic minorities in Xinjiang? What has he captured through his lens? And how are the locals following their traditional lifestyle and modernizing at the same time? Bellisimo e Inspirador Documental.

This is a nostalgic journey for me. I’ve been to Xinjiang six times over a spread of 15 years or more. The story is consistent with what I saw and heard, specifically about cotton picking. In the past some of the pickers had to be imported from other provinces.

What an amazing project! I am so well impressed! I hope the video will be released very soon and with English subtitles. Congratulations both of you, the Professor and filmmaker and also the journalist. She is really excellent and knows exactly how to do an interview.

WESTERN USA Logic: If you hire Uygurs, you are practicing forced labor. If you don't hire Uygurs, you are discriminating against the Uygurs
@jameslim3850 Says:
The MAIN reason why the USA western media falsely accuses CHINA of mistreating Uyghur Muslims is because they want to prevent the 1.6 Billion Chinese worldwide and 2.0 Billion Muslims from working together. Both these groups have been discriminated by USA and the WEST for decades and are more likely to work together. Chinese & Muslim nations working together will lead to US losing its dominance of the world. Plus this will gain Asia, Russia, Eastern Europe and African support too including the rest of the world such as Latin America.

Those lying devils at GoogleEarth have been painting in fake guard towers around innocent civil institutions in Xinjiang for decades. There are hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of places in Xinjiang that GoogleEarth has been continuously 'retouching' over the past 20 years to create a deliberate and extremely long-term campaign of mis-information. So, please, do not believe what is shown on GoogleEarth. Here are 8000 'faked' satellite images of literally hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of locations of so-called 'detention facilities' in Xinjiang, that GoogleEarth, would have you believe are real - you WILL be disgusted with these evil lies. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fmoXVvU8G0c&list=PLqvnKyovGJBvMg2UwvnDIL4l4qzc8V-p5
