COP26: Towards carbon-free cities and urban lifestyles
The Hub's Wang Guan looks at how commitments at the COP26 in Glasgow will impact, even revolutionize, our urban lifestyle. As 68 percent of the world's population is expected to live in cities by 2050, priorities are increasingly shifting to models promoting a greener, healthier urban habitat. Chinese and foreign scientists recently gathered in Xiamen, Fujian Province, to discuss these issues. We asked a panel of four experts to share with us some of the solutions they advocate.
