Royal biographer Tom Bower questions whether Meghan Markle came to the Queen's Platinum Jubilee 'to promote herself'.
'Here is a woman � who according to you lied 17 times on the Oprah interview and hasn't yet apologised,' Mr Bower told Sky News host Piers Morgan.
'Has she come here to apologise to the Queen, come here to say sorry to the Duchess of Cambridge or is she here to promote herself?'
