Macedone Legal Principal Sam Macedone says Johnny Depp won his case in the US because his legal team were able to 'get into Heard's credibility'.
'Every allegation that Heard made, they seemed to have an answer for it, they seemed to be able to cross-examine her in such a way that there was some doubt,' Mr Macedone told Sky News Australia.
Mr Macedone also said he personally did not think Amber Heard's chances at appeal were very good, citing the US court decision being on a factual basis.
'And appeal courts don't really want to look at whether the facts are correct or not.'
If it was not televised she could have continued spewing her lies and the media would have put their bias spin on it like they have been doing for the past 6/7 years now and JD would not have his justice. This woman is deplorable for what she did to JD and she needed to be called out on it so justice finally was done

Equal rights for all. Johnny was publicly judged by Amber's false, slanderous statements without trial. The fact that he now publicly shows that everything was a lie is only logical and just. The jury has judged and not social media. Social media had no influence on the verdict. However, social media has been enlightened. And social media doesn't like to be lied to. Everything Amber is going through now could have been avoided from her side in the first place. Just don't lie.

Here in the states, we wish that ALL trails were streamed online, unless there's a strong reason not too. In the 18th century, the entire town used to show up for jury trials. A public showing of all proceedings might go a long way into repairing, what is frankly, a very broken, and corrupt legal system.

This case aside, given that most humans can generally at times be nasty, how is it that female humans come off better and present more realistically as victims? Where does that prejudice come from, when we know that just as many women as men can lie and behave so atrociously?

Another question. Why don't we genuinely care about male victims, including male victims of other men? This is plainly a prejudice.
All it takes for a woman to harm a man is to recruit another male to do her bidding, or pull a trigger herself, something that an alarming amount of women are capable of.
If you are a thinking person, you will think these issues through, if you are an activist, you won't bother because you won't be interested in solutions that reframe your worldview.
