Former finance minister Mathias Cormann had 'no idea' former prime minister Scott Morrison was secretly swearing himself in as finance minister during the pandemic, according to Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell.
It follows reports Mr Morrison secretively swore himself into two ministerial roles in March 2020.
Mr Clennell said Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has 'real concerns' this breaches the Westminster system in terms of its openness and transparency.
