Its a bad idea - But to argue private school kids should get it too is r*tarded. If they can't afford lunch they wouldn't be going to private schools. Maybe the churches could use some of the tax free money they get and give something back to the community instead of hording it as they do. They haven't said what form these free lunches are going to take. I would assume they're not going to install a kitchen/cafeteria 'sit down' meal for the kids. More likely, shovel money into all the existing tuck shops and blindly hope the volunteer mums can work out what's best.
