Former prime minister Scott Morrison's move to secretly appoint himself in several ministerial portfolios fails 'every pub test for honesty there is,' says Sky News host Chris Smith.
'We have a parliament and a Cabinet for good reason in this country ... such covert authoritarian behaviour flies in the face of what the public expects,' Mr Smith said.
