Prime Minister Anthony Albanese says it's no surprise former prime minister Scott Morrison doesn't have trust in government, given he knew the "nature of the government that he ran".
Mr Albanese was addressing the revelations Mr Morrison was secretly sworn into several extra portfolios during his time in government.
The Prime Minister also condemned the "others" who "sat around that cabinet table and allowed these circumstances to occur".
