At least 3,000 dead after twin earthquakes near Turkey-Syrian border

At least 3,000 people have been killed after two earthquakes struck near the Turkey-Syrian border. The first quake of 7.8 magnitude hit in the early hours of the morning when most were asleep. It was followed by a second 7.6 magnitude quake.
