2GB and 4BC Broadcaster Ray Hadley says if NSW cashless gaming cards have spending limits above what gamblers can afford they're still 'going to spend it' following NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet's gambling reform announcement.
'If you're addicted to poker machines or gambling generally, your limit will be your limit,' Mr Hadley told Sky News host Paul Murray.
'And if your limit is above what you can afford � well I'm afraid you're going to spend it because there's nothing to stop you spending it.'
