The Oirat-Kalmyk people have suffered greatly at the hands of the Kremlin. After Putin announced a partial mobilisation in the Republic of Kalmykia, people began to be massively taken to the military registration and enlistment offices. The mobilisation plan in the region was over fulfilled twice. Since the Oirat-Kalmyk people are not numerous, each person counts. Moreover, the majority of Kalmyks oppose the war unleashed by the Kremlin. Representatives of the republic protested, but the participants were detained or sent to the front line of the war against Ukraine. How does Putin use Stalinist methods against the Kalmyks, while the local authorities, sent down from Moscow, overfulfill their mobilisation plans? Kalmyks, Buryats, Tuvans, Dagestanis are vastly overrepresented in the combat forces being destroyed in Ukraine. There are too many Tatars Chuvash and others as well. The Mari El are quite restive as their men are starting to be taken. Putler is trying to destroy these non-Russian peoples while conquering Ukraine. Many of these submerged nations are preparing for civil war.
