Four people have been killed and at least three others have been wounded amid a shooting spree in the US state of Colorado.
A lone gunman shot a man and killed two women - before fleeing to several different locations in Denver - as he was pursued by police.
The suspect died during a shootout with local police.
An officer who was wounded in the incident - underwent surgery in hospital.
Investigators are yet to determine a motive for the rampage.
