I think the East Coast US snow and rains are caused by a massive CO2 cluster built up in the Atlantic Ocean. Dry Ice is CO2 and the Arctic Trans (no not that trans) continental coldie causer is pushing heavy dry ice to the upper mid, regions of the USA. If we only paid more tax (tax is a CO2 Repeller) then we could have had beautiful weather forever. I think the Titanic hit a iceberg of Dry Ice.
