Where were the tugboats used to park or launch it not dispatched to assist ASAP? Were there no tugboats on duty in that whole area that night? I saw several tugboats within 3 miles or less to the bridge on a Google Earth view (dated Sep 8, 2023). I think the Harbor Master needs to answer these questions. There was not one tug seen on the impact video. Conspiracy or truth?
