not only immune to the effects of Rate Rise but benefit through interest collected on thier savings, leading to them having more to spend and then push inflation higher through their spending. They also get to increase the price of rent in-line with what a person paying off a mortgage would do, giving even MORE money to spend pushing inflation even higher.
