That's exactly what these money will do...specially when Putin asked last year, to come to an agreement to stop this war and make NATO leave Ukraine and most citizen in Ukraine have Russians relatives in one way or another and they should support each other against the West! I don't understand what NATO were doing there in the first place, so close to Russia when they had an agreement with Russia to never do that??
