The judge is not interested in a fair trial. Trump is accused of illegally influencing the 2016 election with accounting errors done in 2017. NDAs are a normal business practice and are not illegal. Any presidential election campaign violation would be a federal crime which NY can't enforce. The bookkeeping error statute of limitations has expired.
