Yes, everything has its own time, being joyful and grateful to the supreme leader of the nation for any single good thing achieved in his governorship included. But weeks or months long celebrations and thanksgivings for a mere personal appointment is what defeats my understanding! I think this is a case for modern African anthropological studies!
