@randywl8925 Says:
Guns and ammo i suppose, but a couple, or three stray bullets.... by a tourist? Its not like he was smuggling in ammo for the cartel. ....and two others caught with ammo in their bags? Do that many hunters go to the islands with forgotten, stray ammo in their bags?
@curtis-dj5bp Says:
I heard they planned to ' unalive' a local for sport killing then run back to the states, the gun and bullets can't be traced.

Remember-Brittney Griner made a simple mistake too. I wonder what their thoughts were on that situation.

This is his own fault! You can’t fix stupid
@Jake.Gentry Says:
He’s such an idiot. Not someone I’d want to have as a husband if he’s that foolish. Accountability.
@waverider227 Says:
A guy once told me that in Jamaica if you are caught with a gun in your possession its an automatic 5 year jail sentence but if it contains bullets every bullet found is a life sentence added on to your 5 years.
@718guybk Says:
He needs to take accountability for his recklessness and face the consequences of breaking the law!
@TruMagicFamily Says:
This is crazy
@differencebetween6823 Says:
The US embassy has clear travel warning about the gun policy in that country. Besides, if there is mandatory sentences, a lawyer might not have any scope to help him out
@derrickthompson5846 Says:
What didn't he show them his pocket Constitution 😂 I'm sure he has some kind of ammendment right there, oh my bad that dosen't work with those guys. I bet he is scared as hell!

@NaomiePuma Says:
Did you all suddenly have amnesia? The same thing happened to BRITTNEY GRINER. She forgot her prescription products in her bag. Social media went crazy calling her names. Have you forgotten that this can happen to someone else? That why Jesus-Christ said in Matthew7.1-2<> I hope that this gentleman was not one of the people who commented on BRITTNEY GRINER. If this is the case, ask forgiveness to GOD, because GOD watches over His Word to accomplish it.
@toribiobrown3676 Says:
He's definitely sketchy looking, looks like an ex meth head. Media is making him look like a Saint but he's going to jail for a reason
@Unsafe202 Says:
Amen! Prayers for your family in Jesus Name

4:10 wait, another American was arrested for leaving ammo in their bags? 😂😂 Not a lot of brain power in the Grand Ole USA
@GenghisWanghis Says:
3:03 this is part of God's plan for you? The Fox News host telling her to put her faith in God? That's their old standby "thoughts and prayers" 😂

@jimgravesus Says:
I don't leave the US because here I am protected by the Constitution. Why didn't this jackass just go to Florida?
@yasilong8558 Says:
General Characteristics of the Legal System At The Turks and Caicos Islands The Turks and Caicos Islands are a self-governing constitutional. democracy under the British Crown. They have a written Con situation, the most recent version of which came into force on 15 October 2012. The Turks and Caicos Islands Constitution Order 2011 is an Order made by Her Majesty in Council in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by Sections 5 and 7 of the West Indies Act 1962. The majority of local laws are enacted by the legislature for the Turks and Caicos Islands, which consists of Her Majesty (whose executive authority is exercised on Her behalf by the Governor) and a House of Assembly. The Islands’ legal system is based on English common law and the doctrines of equity with primary statutory law drawn from: • certain Acts of Parliament of England which were extended to the Bahama Islands (of which the Turks and Caicos Islands then formed part) in 1799 and which remain relevant; • such subsequently enacted laws of the UK which specifically extend to the Turks and Caicos Islands; • treaties and conventions relevant to the Turks and Caicos Islands; • laws of the Bahamas, Jamaica or the former Federation of the West Indies that apply to the Turks and Caicos Islands; and • the local laws enacted by the Turks and Caicos Islands House of Assembly. The courts of the Turks and Caicos Islands hear cases based primarily on the adversarial model, very similar to that operated in England and Wales and other Caribbean countries. Proceedings are generally conducted through both written submissions and oral argument and cross-examination of witnesses.

I am a hunter ,I have separate bag ,I don't take my hunting bag to another place
@totallylegit7796 Says:
No common sense, and a totally irrational fear of a few loose rounds. And this could be said for a lot of the people commenting too.
@MaybeGodwillsaveMe Says:
I expected the comments to be on his side, but to my surprise you guys are all accepting he is in the wrong. Kudos
@MistaOneGuy Says:
I can see how this mistake would be made. And I also understand why TCI is so strict on this given the wave of murders that took over the island following the pandemic. There needs to be a middle ground however. 12 years is far too long. He can clearly show the origin and the mistake. He wasn't importing 4 bullets for sale or use even. I'm sure his lawyers can solve this issue. A great attorney on the island is Christian Papachristou.if anyone can solve this, it's him
@felipenunez2058 Says:
😂😂 Britney grinder had a cbd oil vape pen and got arrested and fox news said she deserves it. A white man brings bullets to a country and fox news lets pray. The double standard in this entertainment news is hilarious.
@rhipotter6191 Says:
Only in America are you allowed to come here not assimilate not learn the language and do whatever you want... that don't fly in other countries folks!!
@karenbusick5651 Says:
There are signs posted everywhere at the airport "No Firearms or Ammo in carry on " These dudes/families had plenty of warnings before leaving! And quoting, "it was a honest mistake" BS I'm tired of tourists that do not understand that once you leave the laws of the land do not apply to you and can't do as they please without repercussions. I do not have any empathy for them or the family either. Give them the maximum sentence and a fine.
@JoeKyser Says:
how? why?
@williepuzovevo2987 Says:
Leave your guns in America
@emilye1055 Says:
Not going there anytime soon😬
@comesmokewithus Says:

This is ridiculous. Prayers to this family. So stupid. 😢🙏🕯🛡
@MonaMoon80 Says:
If you aren't going to buy a dedicated gun/ammo bag, is it really that difficult to check every pocket on your luggage?
@timoakes450 Says:
Human beings make mistakes -however anything regarding firearms is inexcusable!!US has accidental discharge we (UK) have negligent discharge-the big thing for me here is that TSA/CBP did not catch this on the outbound leg????
@mrazyone Says:
Prayers going up❤🙏
@jabberwockysense Says:
I mean it is hard to think you didn't pack your own luggage. Bullets in a CARRY-ON just seems like a no brainier. It's not like people regularly go on overseas vacations every month. Meaning you had to of checked your bag 6-7 times. Not to mention used it while you were there. Obviously some harsh repercussion are expected with this because it like speeding in a school zone. Though I doubt you will get the full sentence, and more then likely be slapped with a huge fine and six months which will probably count your time there in going through court. But never say never...the world doesn't look at Americas like it used to since Biden.
@EdA-bz3bu Says:
wonder how he secures his "hunting" weapons at home "where he has little kids at home".
@EdA-bz3bu Says:
"hunting trips" most likely killing staged/set up animals.
@GreyMarano Says:
Unless you are a billionaire traveling private, don’t leave the country to these ridiculous places!
@firegirljen Says:
It’s important to understand the laws of the country you’re traveling to. Also, why are there bullets just rolling around in your luggage? I’m sorry he’s facing this but it’s his own fault.
@xtrey19x Says:
I see we’re not keeping that same energy we had with Britney Grinner in Russia.
