The country is severely lacking in leadership at all levels of government. There are too many current and some long term issues I which have not been addressed. If you are scared that an adversary is going to target your source of power, you need to beef up the ADF and have them train in defending it. The ADF is going to need to know what it has to protect and develop defence procedures for them, a small footprint of a nuclear power station is easier to defend than miles and miles and miles of glass CRAP spread out over our countryside.
