Canada, the EU, UK Japan, and Australia (and New Zealand if they had the cojones) should also ban TikTok. The biggest risk is the propaganda/disinformation as opposed to the mass data collection and sending to mainland china for the average person. It's a larger risk to dissidents, political activists, journalists, politicians, and national security/defence personnel.
