@ivansultanoff6719 Says:
The whole Gov is uncoordinated-nothing new
@Kwesekara1672 Says:
Renewables are disarming the West.
@ace-tv4hi Says:
Tic Toc - Tic Toc, The time is ticking away to when all this Environmental terrorism is going to have to be cleaned up, all these so called renewables have a time limit, what a disaster this is going to be when the time limit is up only it will cost 10 times the amount of the installation and getting rid of all the (end of life solar panels, wind turbines, EV vehicles), what a disaster for Australia’s Future economy. All thanks to the Labor party and the Greens ... these Environmental Terrorists need to be jailed, utter madness.
@ace-tv4hi Says:
Labor and the Greens CULT are nothing more than Delusional Arrogant Economic Terrorists to the welfare of the Australian public.
@connorduke4619 Says:
There's nothing difficult at all about this once you realise the Climate Hoax was 100% created by compulsively lying Socialist Narcissists all the way back to early 1970s Sweden. Building new coal power stations would fix this mess almost immediately.
@Birch37 Says:
The 'feed-in' tariff is reducing every year, why bother with rooftop solar?
@fugawiaus Says:
Renewables are entirely unnecessary with coal or nuclear.
@fifitrixibelle9279 Says:
How can you say everything is fine.. my power bill has more than doubled per month and I’m using less
@rob6543 Says:
We sell our coal around the world it’s a joke, vote one nation to stop the waste
@clydesimpson1462 Says:
Australia closes one coal fired power station and China opens 10. $1.5 Trillion AUD spent so far on Renewables to reduce global emissions by 1%. While continuing to export coal.
@lokai7914 Says:
We CANNOT build the transmission grid! We can roll out only 600 km of new transmission lines per year. That means it will be at least the 2040s before those lines are in place.
@johnmancini4700 Says:
Is anyone ever surprised when details are found with any labour BS project.
@Albolf Says:
Well its all about the vibe. The details will work themselves out you know.
@chrisruss9861 Says:
Moratorium needed on further beautiful habitat destruction in Queensland from industrial solar, wind and pumped hydro. Climate emergency is abstract. Habitat emergency to save koalas, emus, wallabies, bats and birds is real. Anybody with a 'green' fund that invests in this stuff is complicit in unforgiveable crime and should have to watch an endless loop movie of rock blasting, tree smashing and animals on the run.
@Chrisplumbgas Says:
Rubbish. What crap, Coal power has been neglected. “ we get old and so do they “ Fix them its a bunch of machinery not a human. Problem solved . Government crashed coal on purpose. Let’s fix the problem, turf green labor nut jobs.
@patrickstewart8052 Says:
A delusional government with ineffectual solutions to a non-existent problem. Stop this green energy madness. Withdraw from the Paris agreement.
@patrickwakefield2297 Says:
sounds like they are finding out what people who know what they are talking about have been saying all along.bowen and albo are idiots and should not be in the job. after they stuff every thing up, they will just walk off with their fat pensions, as though nothing ever happened. nothing to see here folks, not our fault.
@darrenashley126 Says:
I wish there was a way I could hear them years down the track after I have passed saying oops we fecked up we need carbon etc it's getting way too cold and killing people.
@yodaandthebike5839 Says:
Garbage
@peterjames174 Says:
a friend from Holland said last night that companies are shutting down, so that residents can have any available power, this problem is renewable energy go figure it doesn't work, we still sell coal its ridiculous we don't continue to use it.
@lesleyosborne9319 Says:
Look how OLD HE IS.! HOW Would he or any of them know. Its a disaster. Buy a push bike. We are Running OUT of PETROL TOO. CHEAP GAS. NO .
@lesleyosborne9319 Says:
They have MADE Coal Too Expensive and demonised it and now NOTHING. IT NEVER WAS FINE. Ive NEVER SEEN Such Incompetence.
@drewloney Says:
Seeing South Australia and W.A. already experience power outages especially during Summer months, and the Federal Government just wants to close coal power stations with no replacements, gee I wonder what is going to start to occur
@Veryconfusedbywar Says:
Surely labour set up a pretty robust system to achieve net zero in 2008. Then LNPl took it over for a number of years, what happened in the middle. The LNP trashed and ignored it stripped away all labour initiative like carbon tax. That all worked out for the country long term didn't it?
@marktanska6331 Says:
So here we have young gun ho greeney, and old fart greeney, convinsing everyone that wind will be good. Lets see
@zulugordon8680 Says:
Yes!!!!!! Another tax To Rob. Always a solution to Rob us!!!!
@rodneymarsden3003 Says:
Stupid fazing out coal. Not happening in China. Government making Australians power poor. No need for this.
@KT-bb1tb Says:
Typical Labor.....If they Say Something, That Makes It True !
@rickman2267 Says:
Labor out asap
@lesblack413 Says:
You need to talk with people who are in charge of coal fired power stations, and not just make assumptions when you don't know how coal fired power stations operate!!
@DJ-yj1vg Says:
What came before the candle? electricity.
@robertheuston8378 Says:
How can anyone say that things are fine with the price of power now and no indication that these exorbitant prices will ever come down.
@motherlode4073 Says:
Labor's policy is not ad hoc. Ad hoc would suggest it achieves a purpose if only on the fly. Labor's policy is more ad lib - saying whatever the moment prompts them to say.
@user-zd3xs4ts6f Says:
What a bloody surprise!!😮😂😂😂😂
@leewilton5082 Says:
They should be investing in energy R&D. With a focus on cheap to free energy for the people.
@blizzard5657 Says:
The best time to start a nuclear industry was yesterday. The second best time is today, but while Australia sells over one billion tonnes of coal per year. Why don't we build a coal power plant? Net zero is impossible, Europe is starting to wake up to the facts. This government will have to be voted out before they listen to the people 🙄
@ironmaidens6663 Says:
Net zero should also be slammed for being unrealistic and not doable
@eb2505 Says:
We have a PM with net zero brains, what did you expect?
@rattusfinkus Says:
Sorry, Grattan isn't criticising renewables, just how Federal and State governments are doing the roll out.
@desking8065 Says:
AEMO would know about any changes in any state they are in charge of power infrastructure and generation. The interviewer is talking to the block and not the butcher. Sky news would be cautious of talking to the persons responsible they may not get the answers they want.
@owencahill2846 Says:
It wasn’t not slower than anticipated. For 2 years anyone with a brain knew the targets per month for years were never achievable.
@neilbeauchamp1924 Says:
We are being governed by a bunch of morons. Labor politicians never think tings through and the things they bring in are a disaster for Australia. We have has successive Labor PMs who have created financial disasters and the worst of these economic managers is this current lot. So called green energy is claimed to be cheaper but the more coal is removed from the system the higher the cost to the consumer. Coal fired power stations are only breaking down because they aren't getting maintained the way they should because it has been mandated that they must close. If they had a future they would be maintained and without wind and solar our power would be cheap again.
@jjm4633 Says:
You can't have net zero when there are so many wars, munitions aren't powered by Unicorn sprinkles.
@johncorlett3699 Says:
ahh just throw money at it, taxpayers money, not ours of course
@daveo3122 Says:
invest in candles. they'll be needed soon.
@whatever9770 Says:
All Labor governments of course. They were a disaster in the pandemic ( so they said) And now ruining the country with this rubbish.
@whatever9770 Says:
Shows 7 comments. Only two.
@HyperVaccinated Says:
Net zero is happening and it will happen like it or not, Soon your trashy carbon emitting cars will be a thing of the past.
@WitchDoctor.933 Says:
