At first, I was really glad by the title of this video - "Legal experts re-examine 2016 South China Sea arbitration ruling."
Until I saw that this was just a symposium in China with Chinese lawyers (I assume they're lawyers) talking to each other. But this was supposed to be an International Law Symposium. Based on the video, I didn't see any person that is not Chinese. If I am right, how can they have an international symposium if all the participants are local citizens?
This is nothing more than a simple exchange of one-sided opinions, not really educating. In Tagalog, this is what Filipinos call - "bolahan."
This is a waste of time and money. But then, what do you expect from them?

Take consider discussing distruction of coral reefs, poaching, colliding Filipino fishing boats, fire water cannon and illegally building artificial islands.
