The students have good civil case against the university becase they are out of pocket for money for the education they were supposed to receive. An education on campus without fear, and able to use all the resources available to them for what they paid for. The school is responsible for this if they do not return the money. As far as financal aid not being replenished, the school is responsible for settling that issue as well, or there will be another cause of action against the university!
