Where you need the Federal Family law court - to also - handle all D.V. matters. Using a standard set of laws - Australia wide. The D.V. legislation is the same - in any state. And the judges also - have to deal with - family law - plus D.V. law - as the matters are intertwined.
As family law is Australian Federal Government law. So should D.V. legislation. So the police and courts have a national one stop shop database. And only D.V. trained family law court judges - can hear D.V. matters.
So - you get consistent findings in the law - Australia wide.
Again - this is how labor take over a topic - and do nothing. Or do something - that wont address the real core issues. Again labor controlling the narrative - and not running Australia - instead running Australia into the ground.

I woke up this morning in a calm and peaceful mood, but after this onslaught of fake news about 'mens' violence' when the whole thing is based on the Bondi 'incident', I for one am feeling extremely riled up about it. I'm a peaeful sort of fellow, but there are many men who might see reason to act on that same anger that all this contrived misandristic propaganda will cause to affect all decent, honest Australian men.
Better put a stop to it because it may likely cause bad things to happen that otherwise never would have.
