They should do more than that. They should make these private property. Colleges pay for their own clean up the taxpayers don't want to have to pick up the bill. For the circumstances, they created on their college campuses and ended up with property damage and costing money. They have 38 billion dollar in dollar in dollar and $, and they don't pay taxes on that. Money that sits in the bank and earns interest for these colleges make them pay for their own clean up.
