Basically it will be to give wealth created back to the rich 1% in a big disproportionate fashion so they invest in real estate, airlines and digital businesses - and help keep inflation higher than required - and then reduce tax for corporations / offshore utilities who take resources and don't invest back by paying tax in anything like fair share.
