And their solution was to spend more of our money on already failing systems and to increase the power of the police to intervention, the profession with the highest rate of domestic abusers. Everyone gets paid according to the job they do. Wages jobs are all paid the same - as per the Fair Work Commission website. And there are a lot of dirty jobs - women can't do - because they are hard physical labor. If women could work as hard as men - you would see women "tradies" everywhere.
What they are talking about is women in corporate jobs. And people in private industry - only get promoted based on their skills. Not like labor and their fake politics - with women "quotas" - meaning - these people have to be given a job in politics - as they can't get a job anywhere else. You only have to look at labor. And labor don't like most women in private business - as those people - don't like labor. They are polar opposites - as they are highly competent people - who can spot someone who is fake - at five paces. Someone who runs their own business - scares labor. Labor code these things - for a new crazy policy - they are going to introduce. That wont work. You can bet - this is aimed at the Public Service. This will be another woke policy - like the Queensland State Government - said - a person of race - must be a given a job - over anyone else. Regardless of intelligence or training.
And MERIT under labor means - MATES ELEVATED REGARDLESS OF INTELLIGENCE OR TRAINING. Where ever labor goes - incompetence - is sure to follow.
