People are conerned about nuclear, not entirely sure why but ok. I am more concerned with the destruction of farmland, coast lines, forests and the non recycleable nature of the construction of so called solar farms and wind turnbines. The millions of acres of once arable land destroyed to make way for 10's of thousands of solar panels that only work on sunny days. Once this land provided food for the nation and now, it provides power for a few garden sheds dotted around the area. As for those eye sore wind turbines that kill thousands of birds, well thats ok, it's all in the name of "green" energy. I would gladly have a nuclear reactor in my neighbourhood, it is infinitely safer than having an EV charging in your garage.
