The protests were allowed up until the very point all the wealthy Jewish people started pulling their funding. At that point the administrators started calling the police to break it all up. Simultaneously the paid agitators are sent out to start riots to justify the police breaking up all of this with force. Meanwhile you have tools of AIPAC now coming out saying anti Israel protestors should all be arrested and it should be illegal to criticize illegal. They're now trying to pass a law that states criticism of Israel or Jews can get you imprisoned. And given that the definition of "anti-semitism" is ever changing as it's a working definition, essentially anyone can be arrested for anything, simply on a whim.
The one thing the reporter never asked is why are they protesting? It's because the Israelis are savagely murdering the Palestinians. It's so bad in Israel right now that Jewish people over there are now calling Benjamin Netanyahu a fascist.
