The fact that any judge and any prosecutor in any place can have the power if they dislike the president of the united states to cause irreparable harm to the justice system and to the person they are selectively prosecuting. They think everyone is a criminal that does not agree with the democrat plans.

This only works as long as the corruption is on my side, as soon as that is no longer the case we would be better off with a fair justice system than with a corrupt one.
With a fair justice system, you at least know exactly when I'm at risk of going to prison.
With the system used by Trump you have no security.
