Get rid of net zero zealotry and develop oil, gas coal and go "noook-leear", and ciao ciao chris bowen😂😂😂😂

There is no gas shortage in Australia - we export three times more than we use. Our gas consumption will likely fall with increasing renewables and electrification of the economy. So why is there talk of shortages? Because the gas industry won't invest in the infrastructure needed to bring our huge reserves of QLD gas into the southern states, where local gas fields are running low. And why is that? Because they would rather sell QLD gas for higher prices into the export market.

What a waste honestly, all those panels they set up in remote places could have been given to the tax payers to put on their roof and reduce cost of living stress. Those with money could buy a battery for extra comfort instead of sending the excess back into the grid for a few bucks. I'm not opposed to green energy sources, but they have to make sense, be in sensible locations and not be a detriment to the people they are meant to be servicing. Nuclear is the only way to reliably power our nation into the future, and until we have a Nuclear reactor on the East and West coasts, we should supplement the power grid with coal/gas and use green energy to buffer everything like intelligent people. I template power grids in video games that are about surviving and engineering and I never rely on just one type of power source in a video game, why are we relying on just one source in real life?

Labor’s renewable energy policy is ‘not working’ and will never work. It's time we just abandon this renewables crap and go with something that does work.

It's time to limit the proliferation of wide spread wind/solar arrays and their associated new transmission lines.

when are these labor grubs gonna figure out how america got its carbon footprint down by a historic amount [ 30% or so i believe] was simply changing existing coal power stations to gas and drilling and fracking the hell out of their prodigious resources actually reducing carbon output by more than any other country. so if they are so scared of the co2 bogeyman then this is the best path

Plenty of oil, coal, natural gas, nuclear energy to last for centuries.. stop worrying about running out.

The Greens and their supporters are not dependent on affordable and reliable energy. They do not care about job losses because in their Marxist logic, poverty is fertile ground for revolution. The irony is that Marxists make life even worse for the poor who are reduced to virtual slaves and kept in place by terror.
