What makes me mad is when the garbage trucks put recycling in the garbage truck and expect no one to notice !
Most of us try to recycle correctly and it’s disheartening when you see that happen !

My council in rural vic, gives you one warning and then dont pick up your rubbish. You would have to take it to the tip and pay to dump it. So you pay rates fir garbage service then have to pay to tip your rubbish. As for recycle years ago the council picked your bins up. The recycle went to a facility called the Merf. They dont need t h at niw because rate payers divide t hg e food scraps into one, the recycle into another .gar b age into the third and soon we will have a glass garbage bin. Think how much recenue they make and not have to pay staff. YOU ARE DOING IT FOR NOTHING.
