There were even a couple of the now very rare 6 month Long service medals (I imagine its only awarded to the chefs & marching band triangle players).

Correct me if I am wrong but did the infantry used to have their weapons slung or held displaying them, as I noticed this time none of the infantry had even side arms, that is quite telling to me not enough to go round all needed for their frontline soldiers.
