Cohen did bank fraud, tax fraud, perjury and many other crimes. He went to jail for those. This case is utterly malnourished. The accounting entries itself were not even falsified to begin with. (And Trump had nothing to do with it). The bills to Michael Cohen as a lawyer (and all lawyers) are always recorded as “legal expenses”. The software which records data on the general ledger doesn’t distinguish between payment for outside attorney or for the legal department inside the company. And even if you assume it’s a false entry, then the prosecutors still to this day didn’t show any evidence that Trump told the accountants to log it this way. — As for Stormy, Arthur (the bald guy) actually knows his stuff. He just got off Harvey Weinstein from his NY conviction. Stormy didn’t said one single thing that was damaging to Trump. Nothing of what she said proves the crimes that Trump is being charged for.
