Denying the primary facia facts on the misdemeanors is a losing proposition. The prosecution is weak on the intent to defraud and why the fraud covered a crime. However to challenge what they are saying you have to admit the records were wrong, Trump knew about it, and that he had sex with stormy. Denying this de facto proves intent for the prosecution.
