I was there teaching in the first year of "Yunnan College of Culture and Tourism", i had sometime to stop my classes to admire the changing scenes by the minutes. That was in 2004 when there were no trees to obstruct the view. 20 years after, now 2024, the campus is now a jungle, no photo possible like it was back then! By the way, no more "Old Town", the spirit has been killed and the Naxi People moved away. Twas the best of times, in Lijiang back then ..
